I find that if you hit the hang up phone button twice it goes back to full, it thinks that a phone is being accesed and cuts the fan

What'd you hit it with ball pien hammer? Seems like it would at least be worth it then.

My Bison does the same thing, and when the cabin temps are ~120F, the last thing I want the AC to do is slow down. I did find the fan speed settings in the software, that seems to only control the starting fan speed, it still drops to low after about a minute. I've taken to manually turning the fan speed up to max. I'll have to try the hang-up button x2 work around, that's a lot easier than my method.

Could be CarPlay bug. I noticed sometimes that it acts like a call is going, but I’m not on a call. If I start and stop music on CarPlay, it recovers.

Not a CarPlay bug...it's the way the infotainment unit manages the data. I hope they fix it as it's very annoying.
