Post recall fuel efficiency. Increaded or decreased?

Has anyone that has had the engine recall done on the 6.2L noticed a difference in their fuel efficiency?

My fuel economy seems ever so slightly better after the oil change to thicker oil. Not much, but a little bit. Haven't actually checked the DIC for average fuel MPG so I have no proof of my statement, but I seem to go longer between fill ups at the gas station.
