Hey guys, if you haven’t seen my thread on the HD side, I’ve been working on forward lighting. Through our Jeep, I personally know the Off Road Concepts guys and turned them on to producing over the bumper / in front of the grill bolt on light mount bars for us.
My buddy with a Sierra 3500 jacked my spot for the first one, and the GMC HD bars are in production. The owners of ORC came by today and we are significantly modifying it to fit the HD Chevy bumpers (mod design today, 3d test fit next, then production). Note , the GMC bars aren’t even close to fitting the Chevys due to our front bumper design.
Here’s where you half ton boys come in. They’ve already had some good feedback and requests for producing 1500 versions. ORC is in Marion, NC, east of Asheville on I40. They need a test mule for the 1500s for design.
Further, from me and Ben (GMC) feedback, they found a stellar gloss black powder coater so it matches dead on.
So, if you are within a couple hours of Marion, and are down to help the cause, DM me and I will connect you with the owner to start design. I’d expect a design visit, a 3d print test visit, and an install video at minimum.
No joke, American made stuff they will stand behind.
