What have you done to your Silverado ZR2 this week? 🛠️

I'm about to change my 1500 and Tahoe and will send in the 0W40 Supercar 3000 mile samples from the recall.
Let us know how it goes. I checked the oil level right before I changed it. It was still pretty damn clean looking and completely full. Didnt burn a drop in the almost 3K miles since the dealership changed it.

I checked my fluid level yesterday right at about 3k and it was the first time on my 22 that it wasn't down just a tad. So the heavier oil seems to help if you have some minor consumption.

Here's the history on my 6.2, I've changed oil a little earlier due to planned road trips etc. but the latest sample is my recall dexos R change, viscosity was a little lower most likely due to residual 0/20 and extended idle here in the winter according to Blackstone but the jump in viscosity is crazy over 0/20.

Looks pretty consistent. Make sure to post that in the oil analysis thread.

Out with the old, in with the new. Pulling the DSSV Multimatics with the Peak 2.25" lift and replacing them with the Peak Suspension 2.5 DSC Coilovers. Once I get some miles on them and they are settled in I'll let everyone know how they ride in comparison to the DSSVs.

Quick question, what settings are you going with for every day driving verses off roading? Low and high speed compression, front and rear. Thank you!

Just replaced the front hub/bearings. No issues with original ones but the axle nut was getting pretty corroded. Didn’t want an issue getting the original axle nut off. 52k miles on originals, went oem again. If you plan to do the work, I can give you some tips that helps getting to the hub bolts, makes it easier.
