What have you done to your Silverado ZR2 this week? 🛠️

From my Trail Boss destroyed by red light runner. Into a 2023 ZR2. Added some ditch lights and a soft top. Next is either exhaust or garmin light switch

Been on the hunt for the perfect set of grill lights, so I ended up making my own (kind of). These are the housings for the CZMenghe lights. I love those, but I don't really like the lenses being amber. I came across a youtube video where a guy was using these Feniex Q3 lights, and realized these fit pretty darn good in the housings. I went further and tinted the lense on the Feniex lights. These also have multiple modes so I can switch them between amber and white. I think they are going to look really good and blend in to the black grill nicely.

Really looking forward to the final install. I have a set of @CZmenghe lights I’ve yet to install. I bought some lens tint paint, but haven’t tried that yet.

3D printed a new vehicle pew-pew holster. I was surfing Etsy and saw this holster. I read the description and saw the seller was using a file with the original maker’s permission. I looked on MakerWorld and there it was. I printed one for my Glock 42 and one for my Glock 19.

I concealed carry everywhere I go. I’ll only use this on long trips, but it’ll be nice place to keep it while driving. Also got a set of magazine pouches to mount to my SeatJackers seat Molle panel.

Looks like it belongs there. Would get you shot by the police where I come from, I do envy you in the US. Would love to have this option.

Excellent!

After owning this for 3 months, I finally got the level kit installed and bigger tires. I planned on doing 35s, but opted for the 295/70R18s since they are 0.1 inches smaller in diameter than the 35 and cost a little less. I still need to get a new spare tire.

Side note.. anyone in the greater Phoenix area want my take off tires? Great shape and one of them has been previously patched. Oh, forgot to mention. Tires are FREE.

The 295s are a nice compromise for this rig. What brand?

Took the truck out to Freeman Park to spend the day out on the beach, air’d down to 30 and floated just fine over the sand. Next step is to take it out to OBX and camp out!
