37's on my 2024 zr2 bison 2500hd.

how are those trails working out? how do they ride, freeway? balance? am ready to bump up to 37s. i am back and forth between the rt trail and the at3. i do a lot of highway driving so am leaning towards the at3, but really like the looks of the trail.

Friend - the trails are a great looking tire but honestly I hate them. They are definitely a tough tire and they are great on road and off road. The problem is they are just too noisy, too much vibration and ride rough. I'm going with new tires in the fall and I'm back and forth between the at3, g3, ko3. I live 8 miles off pavement but I think the all-terrain tire is the way to go. I would love to do the Baja boss AT but they don't offer a 37 on an 18" wheel. I'll be going with a wider 13.50 this time as well so I'm not sure what wheels you're running, but if you have the same offset I do, a 13.50 will fit. I'm also considering the recon grapplers which should run a lot smoother than these do.

thanks for the input. currently running the Falken ATW 35x12.5-18 on a +18 offset wheel. the Falkens are great, smooth, balance with minimal weight. (also considering them in a 37). they are terrible in the snow though.
I am also considering the G3, but they are not available yet.
The Mickey's look great and I hear perform well, but i could not get a good set. I had 4 of 6 that were out of round and had excessive road force.

I heard that about the Mickey's too but we must've lucked out on my wife's Jeep. Literally the best time I've ever had. I really wanted to try the Falken as well but I get entirely too much snow to play games with a tire that isn't ready for it. There are so many choices out there now which makes it difficult to choose. Good thing we have foruma like this to get real opinions that aren't marketing.

The RT Trails have been one of the best tires I've ever run on my 1500. I only have 19k miles on them, but they have been great. I don't get any noise or poor feedback. I would say the compound has gotten a little harder after 3 years and it's a lot easier to light em up now.

I put a set of them on my previous 2500HD right before I sold it to my boy about 3.5 years ago. His have been good, but he runs gravel roads a lot and the edges of the lugs have a lot of chips. Not sure they have been as good on the 2500HD due to +2k weight difference.

The Toyo MTs were always really good for me. I've ran a pile of them on my 2500HDs.

Toyo has a new tire, the RT Pro that gets pretty good reviews too. That might be my next tire.
