I had the KO2's on my '09 Chevy. I got 60,000 out of the first set and when I sold the truck I had 70, 000 on the second set and they had at least a years worth of tread left on them.
I had KO2 on my last 2 trucks (Trail Boss) and they were good tires but tended to get noisy after about 20,000 and I only got about 40,000 miles on them
BFG'S were great tires in the 80s and 90s, still decent. Then a lot of other players stepped up and came to market with many different options. You don't see nearly as many BFG'S nowadays. They just never evolved like everyone else......but I bet they banked some cash.
I used to run the KO's and then the KO2's. I think the KO2's were softer as I never got the same mileage out of those tires. Both were good all around tires but needed frequent tire rotation's or else they would get blocky/noisy.
