Infotainment Audio Cuts In & Out 23 ZR2

I have waited a month to post this. I installed 2 OTA updates in early June and so far the cutting in and out issue is resolved. I am certain this post will jinx it and it'll start again but it has been a month. Hope it holds.

I just went out and looked, I have no updates available. Going to check online and see if I can find anything else. Fingers crossed for you

In the past, some of the updates had to be do e by the dealer. They were supposed to adress the OTA update issues, but I haven't had that many in 3 separate vehicles. Also each vehicle seems to have variability in software updates that have been installed.

Can you snap a picture and post what build numbers you have running now for comparison? I had my truck in the shop back on May for the recall on the engine, they told me then they were also doing some updates then but radio was stull cutting in out for about the first minute or so of driving

I am traveling and not where my vehicles are at. I do know that one of them is still running Android 10 and the other 2 updated to Android 12 OTA.

The recall update is reflashing the ECU, but don't think it does anything for the infotainment system software.

In the past, there were some other threads that discussed this, but not sure they are current on software. I find sources like GM Trucks and Reddit sometimes have more current info, so might want to do a search.
