HD Front Lighting, Mount, and Switching Planning - Non-Bison OEM Bumper

Is anyone in the Asheville area? Jackson’s up there and has a 3D prototype to test fit so he doesn’t have to come down here.

ORC has the first iteration of the bars scheduled for production. It's only been testfitted on Sierra HDs so far.

We're trying to link up for a test fit on my truck, so if anyone is interested I recommend holding off until I can confirm fitment. Hopefully by end of next week.

He's running 25% off for the presale, putting him right at the $500 mark which I feel is a good value for the specialty lower run piece, especially compared to the current market.

Nice bar. Keep us posted on the fit Gator.

Looks pretty nice!

GMC bars are produced, they do not work on the ZR2. They test fit and templated changes today, they’ll 3d print test pieces next.

I’ll make a thread later, but they’ve been receiving requests for 1500s. If anyone is near Marion NC and want to be test mule, DM me and I’ll get you in touch.

Dang. Ok I’m hoping to have one for hunting at the end of September. The lights are ready to go!

They’re outsourcing the print so it’s more accurate than their office printer, but they’re hoping to turn it quick. Once that test fit happens I can loop you in if your okay rolling the dice on trial production.

Sure, I would mind being a trial. Westcott has done the hardwork, shouldn't be difficult to duplicate the brackets.

So the issue with at least the Non Bison Chevy is that the bumper isn’t flat and is raised in front of the two bolts they use. Jackson (ORC) is setting up the base to swing in, miss the bumper raise, and swing back out to catch the full width of the GMC bar. If your bison is dead flat in front of the bolt, it’s likely their GMC version may work for you.
