I took a trip in my 2026 ZR2 2500 HD Diesel with 7300 miles and did some dirt and rut driving in 4 wheel high with off road setting and 4 wheel low setting and also engaged the lockers. Now back home I'm in auto and on road setting and I'm hearing noises in the front and back when i go over bumps in the drive way or street but only when its one tire at a time not sets of tires like both front or both back tires. I already greased the front end at all 9 spots and still. does anyone know what this is. I have and appointment with the dealer on the 13th.

Drive shaft yoke is sticking when moving forward and reward when you traverse uneven terrain. The clunking you hear is when the shaft frees itself and slams forward.

They can be taken off and the shaft going into the driver boxes can be lubed easily.

If it's not that, then I'd look at the alignment of the axle, maybe the u bolts have shifted or were not properly torqued when the suspension articulates, it's binding the springs.

If its the drive shaft it would be loose and I would be able to wiggle it if I crawled under right?

Not really, it's a slip joint, it moves when your 8000 lb truck moves and stretches the shaft length as the frame and suspension articulated. It’s a long standing occurrence in these HDs. I've only seen it for about 20 years, but others have seen in for 25. I haven't seen it mentioned on the ZR2, but it's a reasonable guess.
