You will see me use the term TPW. This stands for Target Production Week. It means that the truck is scheduled to be built at some point during that week.

Below are the relevant GM order status codes.

  • 1100 ORDER PLACED AT DEALERSHIP / PRELIMINARY ORDER ACCEPTED
  • 2000 ORDER ACCEPTED BY GM
  • 2030 ORDER EDITED BY GM
  • 2500 ORDER PREFERENCED, SENT TO PRODUCTION
  • 3000 ORDER ACCEPTED BY PRODUCTION CONTROL
  • 3100 ORDER AVAILABLE TO SEQUENCE
  • 3300 ORDER SELECTED, SCHEDULED FOR PRODUCITON
  • 3400 ORDER BROADCAST FOR PRODUCTION (LOADED ON ASSEMBLY PLANT COMPUTERS)
  • 3800 ORDER PRODUCED, VIN IS AVAILABLE
  • 4000 VEHICLE AVAILABLE TO SHIP
  • 4150 VEHICLE INVOICED
  • 4B00 ORDER BAYED; VEHICLE IS WAITING ON TRANSPORTATION OR PULLED FOR QUALITY CONTROL
  • 4200 ORDER SHIPPED
  • 4300 INTERMEDIATE DELIVERY, VEHICLE HAS BEEN MOVED TO ANOTHER LOCATION FOR SHIPMENT
  • 4800 RAIL RAMP UNLOAD; VEHICLE AT RAIL ROAD DESTINATION AWAITING TRUCK TRANSPORT TO DEALER
  • 5000 VEHICLE DELIVERED TO DEALER
  • 6000 VEHICLE DELIVERED TO CUSTOMER

@GearheadSS was yours built in Mexico or Indiana and has it shipped? Also, those who have a later TPW, are those considered "sold orders" that won't be affected by the 6.2L engine restriction? I am just hoping mine wasn't affected by this considering the TPW of 5/30.

All ZR2s that I have seen have been built in Mexico. I don't think they're building any in Ft Wayne yet. Mine has not shipped yet. We currently have 3 ZR2s at 3800 that have not shipped yet. We also have a 6.2 RST that was built in Indiana that has not shipped. This makes me think that the 6.2 trucks built could have missing parts that are going to keep them from shipping until they get the parts installed. I hope not though.

Yours is 3800 built.

It's at 6000 status which means that your dealer has reported it sold. There won't be any more status updates due to them reporting it sold. Once it goes to 6000, that's where it stays. Your dealer can still track it though.
